I have a video sharing website that is now receiving around 20-30k visitors a day. The site is on a dual quad-core server so I know theres plenty of power for the traffic but the site is now running super slow on page loads. (CPU load averages 60-80 seving 50 processes) Video buffering is actually still very fast because it comes from separate servers, its just the page loads. This server is only being used as the base/php web pages server, no photos or videos. MYSQL is also running on a separate server. Running CentOS5, script Im using is Agriya Rayzz. I need a server administrator to analyze the server and find what areas are being bottlenecked then tweak the server as much as possible to make the pages load much faster. This is URGENT! I need this work done immediately because I am losing traffic due to this. I've already installed Zend Optimizer with Eacellerator, and using htacess caching. There are other small things I have tried but no help.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
