Background Info: [url removed, login to view] needs continous improvements and I'd like to start with a small project to test out, if it works for both, I will need improvements done in a monthly basis. See below for one of the improvements that is needed and please feel free to make suggestions on design and implementation. Most urgent problem to resolve: Currently if there are multiple parties trying to edit the same page, there is no locking mechnism in place, not even a warning. It is dangerous as one can potentially lose all the edits if another party also have the page open for edit. High level requirements: A conflict prevention system can be put in place -- When person A tries to open a page to edit but this page has already been opened by another person B, the system needs to take measurement to stop person B from accessing and serve appropriate message. For that reason we also need to implement a session management system to release person A under certain condition, and a draft page saving system to handle exists (out of edit) without saving. Please review the detail requirement is located at: [url removed, login to view]

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
