Dialogic based autodialer (with inbound features) basic code is written in java on linux platform. Add custom call flow: surveys (advanced / customizable trees), press 1 transfer, say name, get digits, say digits, say time, say date, say money, say number, compares press digits to database digits, bridging, call transfer (centrex / 3 way) and custom inbound call flow.
Also allow 1 server to control up to 30 other server which house the dialogic boards. (we use both pri and regular t-1 cards). In other words, load autodialed calls into 1 server and will allocate necessary lines on other servers and do the calls and tabulate call results. Master job builder, schedular, obtains and sends call results via email and puts them in assignable database, be able to watch jobs running with color codes for results and to be able to visually see jobs running with error codes.
Gui must be complete and easy to use.
