Modification of custom compornent>> Custmer management

Custom Customer management compornet needs addtional function:

1) Automatically send Notification email when customer post contact thru contact form.

Needs send email to both site owner(department)email address and customer email address.

2) Addtional section >> reservation form

Needs to post and store this information data into backend of Customer management compornent.

Also need "Ja" language file which I can edit and translate.
