Simulation of workstations in a lab

The lab consist of 10 workstations however there are only 5 mouses and 5 keyboards. EAch workstation must share a keyboard with the workstation on the left and a mouse with the workststion on the right (or the other way around). To log in to a workstation there must be access to both the keybord and the mouse. If a workstation and keyboard (or mouse) on the left or the computer and mouse (or keyboard) on the right are in use then it is not possible to use the computer in the center.

The Lab is utilized in this mannor:There will be an average of 20 users who need to utilize the lab. A user enters the lab, secures a workstation, works for a few minutes, logsoff, and exits the lab. After some time a user reenters the lab secures a workstation, works for a few minutes, logsoff, and exits the lab. Etc., etc., etc.

The solution must simulate users (as described above) utilizing the lab (as described above) to complete a project.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as

complete source code of all work done.

2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
