This program will use the existing customer database for login and registrations. Once the customer registers/logs he will be sent to the initial page which will show him the details of his database (i.e. how many coins he has in his database, the value of his coins, a button to download his database in .txt format, a button to view his database in .pdf format, a button to allow him to edit his database, and a button for him to log off.) The database will consist of the following entries - Ruler/City (20 chars), Date (10 chars), Denomination (10 chars), Metal (8 chars), Grade (5 chars), Mint (10 chars), Obverse (25 chars), Reverse (25 chars), Reference (12 chars), Item # (8 chars), Price (6 chars), and Notes (120 chars). This form should be in a user friendly format at the top of the edit page with two buttons below - Add and Cancel (the Add button place the info into the database, the Cancel erases the form.) Below this should be the table of listings with a small check box to the left hand side of each listing. Below the table should be four buttons that activate the checked items - Select All, Print Inserts, Print List, and Delete. The Select All button should select all the listings, the Print Inserts should create a PDF file formated into 1.75" x 1.75" boxes with all the information contained within on separate lines - the size of the font should be automatically adjusted to force the data to fit neatly into the boxes - lines should be automatically add to visibly separate the boxes and outer margins to aid in cutting them appart after printing. The Print List button should send the data to a pdf file with the information in table format ([url removed, login to view] - landscape). The delete button should, obviously, delete the selected files - there should be at least one safety asking if they really want to delete the selected items.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
We also have an attribution program that we would like plugged into this program - perhaps off to the right hand side of the top of the edit page?? Suggestions would be appreciated. Also, we would like all this to fit neatly into our current web site - [[url removed, login to view]] - it is based on the osCommerce cart system. Please let us know about the feasibility of these two items. We would appreciate it if there could be zero downtime to the existing site as the holiday season is upon us.
