This PHP fix has two components. 1) The "Advertiser" will have the ability to bid on an ad as an option. When the "Advertiser" bids on an ad, the Bid and the "Ad" will be placed on hold for the "Publisher" to approve similar to how it is now when an ad is bought. The Publisher can then agree to the bid price or "Counter" the bid price with a newly negotiated price. The advertiser can then agree to the new counter offer or do a new counter offer slightly higher than the last. The advertiser will not be able to bid lower than his previous offer. See image for look and appearance. 2) In the Publisher section of the site replace the open boxes with a drop down menu "1 Day Text Link", "7 Day Text Link" and "30 Day Text Link" and automatically put the duration. It should be a drop down, price and automatic duration. At the moment the publisher has to type Product name, price and duration period. 3) Advertiser account details should automatically be copied over from Publisher account details when a user joins the site and vise versa. These fields should not be empty.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
