Pixel Color Scan + ICQ Send

I need 2 pieces of code.... ICQ: Ive downloaded many programs that send messages to icq but they have stopped working, maybe ICQ changed their server or summat, need some code to send a Instant Pager Message to ICQ. Need it to be tested on latest version of ICQ Lite. Also Pixel Colour Scanner: Need some more complex code which will allow me to specify the full screen or an adjustable part of the screen, and then select any colour. Then i want the program to search the whole specified area of the screen and add all of the postions of the colours into a list box, and also the same colour in a text box, the first one it finds. For example i choose red and x.200 y.400 to x.600 y.800, the position of the first red pixel on the screen it finds will be added into a text box and all of the posions of red pixels into a list box. This search has to be instant and not slow the computer down.
