POP3-IMAP PROXY

Hi all, the project is a POP3-IMAP Proxy with ANTISPAM and ANTIVIRUS modules.

We wont to set up a server that provide an axternal filter.

The example:

I have my e-mail very spammed, so i modify my outlook

settings pointing to the proxy-antispam-server; on my request the antispam-proxy download the mails on the effective pop3,

filter it and remail me the remaining mails.

The MUA user have to modify only 2 parameters:

Original settings:

- POP3 Server: myPOP3server

- Username: myPOP3username

- Password: myPOP3password

Modified settings:

- POP3 Server: myProxy

- Username: myPOP3username:[url removed, login to view]

- Password: myPOP3password

REQUEST:

Client M.U.A. -> PROXY-FILTER -> IMAP-POP3-SERVER (MTA)

REPLAY:

Client M.U.A. <- PROXY-FILTER <- IMAP-POP3-SERVER (MTA)

But it is "trasparent" and it is designed for a local lan clients.

IMPORTANT: we dont ask for an antispam or antivirus, we need only the proxy that can use external programs like Spamassassin and Clam antivirus.

This proxy must have also an auth. system like a user-pass MySql DB.

It have to support multi-client and multi-pop3-server.

Are good for us a modified version of p3scan or a totally new Software.

( For the modified version of p3scan is good a GPL lincense )

In you offer please specify if you intend a modified p3scan or a NEW software.( so the price will be different )

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement) except for GPL modified software.
