Setup New Bind Server & Shift Existing DNS Records To New Server

This is a very simple project if you know what you are doing. We basically have 2 servers running Bind. These serve as the DNS servers for the domains that we host.
We now want to setup 2 new servers as DNS servers. So, you just have to setup and configure Bind on these 2 new servers so that they act as primary DNS servers. Since we are running Redhat Enterprise on these new servers, Bind is already installed. You just need to configure it as a primary DNS server.
The next part just entails shifting the existing domains (we host a few hundred) from the old DNS servers to the new DNS servers. You are responsible to ensure that the shift occurs smoothly and that there is no downtime for any of the domains we host.
We are willing to keep the old DNS servers online for a period of one month to ensure that the shift is done smoothly.
Apart from that, you will be responsible to source a solution (open source or otherwise) that will allow us to easily add, modify and delete DNS entries on the new DNS server.
It is VERY important that you are VERY familiar and experienced in this because there must be absolutely zero downtime caused by the shift.
Thank you.
## Deliverables
1) Completely setup and properly configured Bind server that acts as primary DNS server
2) Fully working interface to add, modify and delete DNS records and rights to use the interface. If you're installing a 3rd party interface, you must ensure that we have full rights to use that interface. If you are developing the interface yourself, you give us full rights to use the interface
3) Existing DNS records hosted on our old servers are completely and properly shifted over to new DNS servers. Everything must be working properly
4) Zero downtime during the shift-over from old DNS server to new DNS server
