1.) This project will involve editing smarty templates in modernbill, so that I can have the cability of generating an invoice in modernbill, and then have a disclaimer and signature form that the client can sign on my tech's tablet PC. Once the transaction is completed, the tech them can save the invoice onto our server, etc. with the client's signature.
2.) I would also like to guarantee that I can sync my helpdesk, Kayako, to Modernbill, and have all of the information inputted once by our call center reprsentatives, and not have to do double entry.
3.) Last, I would like to have the Kayako helpdesk be able to, as soon as a ticket is inputted, have that be able to be schduled into the shared calendar. I would also like to have a script made, so that my exchange server, or the outlook interface sync to Kayako and Modernbill so that it is all synced with contacts etc.
This platform will be running on a php platform (ModernBill) and Kayako, with a MySql database for each. This platform is running on Apache, on a Unix platform, not sure of which one.
