Multiple lines required. 2.1.4 Work History - The date, client, and project the talent worked for. Multiple lines required. 3.0 Client 3.1 Company name, contact name, address, city, state, zip, email, phone 4.0 Searching 4.1 By sex, talent, age range, weight range, hair color, eye color, and Union. 5.0 Reports 5.1 Talent Detail Reports by Talent 5.2 Talent Summary Reports by Acting, Modeling, and Voice and by Date Range. Include totals for each category. 5.3 Contact Management Report by Acting, Modeling, and Voice. Includes Name, Talent, Address, Phone, and Email for each talent. 5.4 Audition History by date range, talent, Union 5.5 Work History by date range, talent, Union 6.0 Publishing 6.1 End user must be able to publish content from a talents record to a specified web page. 6.2 End user must be able to remove content from a web page containing specified talent information. 7.0 Web site integration 7.1 Some web site integration and HTML may be required.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
