Trouble Ticket web-based/email

PHP/MySQL Included in attachment are two versions of trouble ticket system using some features needed for my system. Customers should be able to submit tickets via email and/or web-based. The system should organize tickets into 2 groups. OPEN/CLOSE where all recent tickets are displayed first. - In OPEN section, it should display tickets opened and re-opened by customer. - In CLOSE section, it should display tickets that admin responded or close and tickets closed by customer. - Any tickets DELETED by admin should be completely removed. Anytime customer opens a ticket via email or web-based, the system should auto-respond with a unique ticket number in subject and a short message defined by me. When I view the message in admin and respond to a ticket. It place the ticket as CLOSE and emails customer with reponce along with the same unique ticket number in subject line. Customer can RE-OPEN ticket by responding to the email or logging into their ticket panel and responding from there. Clients should be able to login to their TICKET PANEL with email they used to open ticket and any ticket number issued to that email. It should open the panel with all tickets sent from that email address with open close status, option to close a ticket, able to reply or add comment to ticket, and timestamp. Should have basic ticket system features and be stable. Must be in templates so layout can be modified. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) You will not be paid for unstable unfinished projects, no exeptions. 5) Two versions needed. One regular version for external use. The second needs to be able to incoporate into my site template using these tags "go", "page", and "output" (i.e. /?go=$go&page=$page&output=$output ) Use this to add into forms and links within the script. I will also need a script to include into my template. A simple one the php include tags with else/if is all that is needed that will read the script installed in my php directory. ## Platform Red Hat Linux 7.3, Cpanel 6, Sendmail
