We are looking for an expert who can build the following system & guide us all the way through in deploying the system. The system would be such , We would use it for our promotion. A phone number ( Toll free is possible) is displayed on our premises. When any interested person calls that number they get registered in the database & the call gets disconnected. Now we can send promotional sms to the user from a web admin. We'll use a SMS provider for this. Most of the development work is done by our previous developer who is no longer available to complete it. We need some one to complete this project. Check the attachment It lists the product which are done & what are left, we would also share the login with interested developer but codes would be shared only after we award it. Its not a full job so please bid accordingly & please apply only if you can complete this in 7 days with Testing.

We have earlier used twillio for sending sms, calls, numbers etc. We have already made similar request many time and comfortable in doing. You can fulfill you requirement with and without twillo both. We can use any sms provider to send sms. Thanks
