I have two servers running bsd. I had a programmer design me a good control panel that managed email, ftp, dns, webmail, password, user accounts, etc. I would like addtional features added. You must be VERY strong and have written your own programs from scratch, not just understand the code. Langauges you must be an expert on php, and mysql, (unix)freebsd, and qmail (knowing perl is helpful). You must understand inside and out how hosting companies work and understand how to manage this. I am looking for a long term working relationship. So you would also need to know how to set up https so that all my users can use https(ssl) for their site. Tell me the best way to use ssl as I dont fully understand how to set it up and if its possible to share the same ssl licence with all my clients (i believe it is though). Also know a lot about setting up billing, and portals from scratch. Because you will be building a billing program. Attached is some of the details expected for the billing program. Programmer must be easily available, prompt, trustworthy, deadline orientated, expert in unix, qmail, php and mysql.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
