Your job will be to create a logo design and a front page for our website in HTML, Javascript, and CSS if necessary. Our website is a people lookup service allowing you to look up people and emails. Attached you will find pictures of the home page landing screen that we need an artist to create a better version of. I also included what the front page looks like after you press the search button. Here's what we don't like about our current version: it looks 'flat' and drab and very dull. We wish it to be simple and bright and clean. You must totally redo the logo for the website and you can not use the logo that is shown in this document. You must include the logo as a separate image so that we have the logo without a background image. Your design colors must be able to fit in with the color scheme of the rest of the Pictures and Contact Information part of the document. We prefer a combination of the colors of blue gray and black. We want a youthful, fun, simple, and clean design to the page.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
