Magento Mailchimp Integration

I have a multi-store Magento setup in 1.6, on a Linux server (with a cPanel fronted).
I have a Mailchimp account, and normally use google apps to send emails from Magento.
I have a list of emails and names, some of which are in the Magento newsletter list.
I would like :
- Mailchimp setup (using the free connector) so that I can send out site-specific email newsletters, including a basic template for the 2 sites
- emails from the list merged with the 'newsletter list'
- help sending 2 newsletters
