I've been using GeoCore at [url removed, login to view] for sometime and all I keep doing is pay and pay for custom installations and add-ons because it's not built the way I feel it should work. I have the paid software from this company but my system has been re-designed so many times it's nearly a unique software of it's own away from GoeCore. I'm not asking anyone to clone or reverse engineer this but I am asking that the features I do like most from this software be kept so if you download their free software to analyze it or I can let you review my paid version, I would be looking at having this rebuilt not to copy but to rebuild to operate and function similar in our own language which would include all the upgrades I've built onto my site or for my clients over the years with all their add-on features as either being built-in or offered as extra add-ons (none of which are offered by this company) in order to develop our own unique software we can resell as distributable software.

Terms of business are simple. I will be happy to put all funds in freelancer escrow but I never pay anything up front in milestones until I see the program is 100% per our agreement and according to the job description here. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
