Development team (front & back-end) required for PHP/HTML5/CSS3 EdTech project

Hello, I'm part of a 3 person UK team working towards creating an EdTech company. We're going to provide 2 main products, online tutoring and online courses. You will help us build this! We require a development team that: - Can keep EXCELLENT (daily) communication - Uses a git repository - Can create a hack proof web application - Writes clean code - HTML5, CSS3, PHP are all mandatory. We will use the CakePHP framework. - Has experience with larger projects and can create quick performing, robust and functional web applications. We would like to pay a $1,500 fee + offer a 40% revenue share (of net profit) so that you can be fully compensated. It will work as follows: We pay you half of the $1,500 fee upon starting the project and half once it has been delivered. You will then be rewarded 40% of the net profit (twice per month, once every 2 weeks) until your quota/project fee is filled, you will then own 0% of the company. We are competent individuals from the UK and have already tested a MVP, we have 1,400 users and we're working on an innovative and unique marketing plan for launch (we have over 100k contacts for our launch day).
