Hi Sir I have a working experience to encrypt/decrypt data into the database using Java. If you develop the e-commerce from scratch I can make it faster. Hi mi friend, let me give you some advices and asking some questions. 1. You want someone to Enctript your DB using AES-256. ( depending your db it is implemented) BUT! 1- That solution will help you to prevent data stealing IF the attacker is inside your OS. You need to encrypt ( by code ) all the sensitive data as passwords, credit card numbers, etc too! Because with an sql injection you can lose all the data too. 2- There are many many ways of stealing that information data, and more important if you play with money.( sqli, xss, ssi, pishing, etc) I recommend you 3 things that of course im capable to do: 1- Make a full penetration test to you application. 2- There are LOTS of papers with security standards to have a secure e-comerce webpage. ( i've read lots of them). 3- You need to monitor constantly the web trafic to be proactive with the attackers. ( ids, web firewalls, etc ) Hope to work with you.
