Hello.

I wish to create a website much like <http://www.m> e t-a r [url removed, login to view] (remove the spaces), with membership functions, video streaming and image galleries.

A membership for the above website will be provided to have full overview of functionality and so on.

I dont want the exact same design, but something in that direction. The coder is encouraged to come up with something of his own, but it has to look fantastic (like the website shown).

We will also integrate the website with CCBill's payment gateway, so this has to be taken into account and set up for.

It is required that all bidders go to the website above and check it out so that you know that you can do this project. Choosing someone without the knowledge is so tedious and a waste of time.

You may use any software CMS you want, or just code your own. It really doesnt matter, as long as the content can be added through a good admin panel.
