Opencart - Create custom 'product report' for price labels

I would like an OpenCart Module to give me better reporting of my products (stock) list.
In particular I am looking to create 'swing tags'/ price labels to attach to my stock Items.
I imagined printing sticky 'Avery labels', 14 up on A4 sheet
Each with a product details including; product name, price and QR code (QR-Code module already installed)
1) Minimum solution would print a report of all 'products' as specified above
2) "Level 2 solution" would allow me to specify fields for inclusion in a printed report as above.
3) "Level 3 solution" would allow me to fully format a page ( size, columns and product fields included) for printing/pdf/export of product data as above.
A succesfull solution would provide me with a completed module of files for me to upload to my test server with no or minimal changes to to my existing Open Cart-Default Theme files.
My openCart store is not yet live and I am working to a budget, hence please quote on the 3 levels of solution and I will see which I can afford.
