PHP MySQL Coder TODAY

I need a PHP, MySQL coder TODAY. You will need to be able to chat with me today as you work on this. Here is what I need: Now, I have a subdirectory on my site that is made from a PHP file and a MySQL database (it takes a database of 43,000 zip codes and makes a page for each zip code). So all you need to do is take the PHP page template (which powers these directory pages) and put code on it that I have to redirect mobile visitors to the new mobile site I have on the same domain. Make sense? Right now they just see a PHP page that is not optimized for different browsers. By redirecting them to the responsive design, better usability will result for these mobile users.
