Synchronisation of 2 solr instances

we have two solr installations running on one [login to view URL] master solr is part of a yacy search engine. The slave solr on which it has to be synchronized is a normal installation.
The goal is a script which is updating (update, insert and delete) the slave solr from the master solr. Additional the data has to be enriched with data of an Mysql [login to view URL] systems are already running, only the synchronization is missing.
The technology of the script should be PHP or Python.
But also other ideas which make the task easier are very welcome.
