We give and expect respect . I need a programmer who works with me on a fixed basis, developing plugins for my community . In fact, I am developing a social network, based in vBulletin, which will have completely different characteristics from social networks that you know (facebook, twitter) and all this, the innovativeness of the project and also the fact that we are firmly established on the means of mass communication mainstream (TV, Radio, Newspapers) will give us a good base to be able to instantly get a great mass of visits and therefore ad revenue . I need you to be there from Monday to Friday, fulltime (and then you decide how to organize your own schedule) that you are accurate and respectful of the time and work to do .
