I need a 100% working rss feed management system / bot that will constantly work on VB4, Please note I have a low budget for this project . It needs to be capable of processing thousands of feeds per minute and always work with out fail. Yes I'm aware of VBulletins feed manger but it constantly fails even when no other mods are running. The Vbulletin site is entirely run only on atom feeds , no public posting. If you have a mod or can make existing system work and guarantee it will continue to work , please bid. Payment will only be made after after tests have proven it can perform with out fail and installed on my site. I have re-listed this as past bids were way over my budget
