Adult webshop - Oscommerce import, redesign, installations and modifications

The project is a adult website that will sell all range adult and sex products. Current website is a website cloned from another webshop and would need some work done by freelancers before starting. List of assignments 1. Change design and change the colors/css files to a more red/kinky design 2. Import csv data + photos from a earlier used joomla VirtueMart, and have addon that makes csv product upload easy in the future. 3. Import users’ data (name, address, email, md5 password, telephone number ect) from csv file. 3. Possibilities to edit the content in WYSIWYG for frontpage and any other page (terms, privacy ect.) from admin/backend 4. A good newsletter system from backend allowing Norwegian letters æøå. 5. Costumer Chat in down right corner with possibilities to chat with costumers when online, or they can leave message when offline 6. Modified payment method that pays outside web shop and through another domain that opens a smaller Do direct payment API, only information about order name, address and only necessarily information to costumer is added, and the order number and a letter telling witch site its coming from. And the information about the paypal email address (to money reciver) should be web shop based (could be edited for different webshops)
