Affiliate Script

I need basic affiliate software the standard features (see sites such as [url removed, login to view]). It also needs some custom modifications.
Accounts:
Two types of accounts: free and paid. Free accounts are just like regular affiliate software - people signup for free to promote digital products and earn 50% commission. Paid accounts will have a recurring monthly charge and is supported by a 3x5 forced matrix. While promoting products with a free account earns members a 50% commission on every sale, promoting with a paid account earns them 100% commissions.
To upgrade members will have to login to their control panel, click the upgrade button, and pay the recurring monthly fee.
Signing Up:
Sign-up would require only 2 fields - a name and a valid email address. A confirmation email with activation code would be sent after he joins to validate account. Users click the confirmation link and are taken to an account settings page to create a password.
Payout:
The script needs to be able to create a batch payment file. The file format should be tab-delimited and can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
Batch payment file should be as follows:
Column 1: email address
Column 2: payment amounts
Column 3: Description (Affiliate Commission)
I need to make the column fields customizable just in case I change payments processors. For ex. switching columns 2 and 3, or deleting or adding a new column.
Script needs to excute crontab for membership.
I will need to see demo of the script before payment.
