Blogger Comment Poster [ Tool needed ]

Im looking for a tool that I will basicly insert a list of blogger blogs URL's like : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] a list... and the tool will go to all of the blogs i listed and will POST a COMMENT for the last msg they did. the last post that on the blog... sometimes need to login to post so tool will ask for U/P of my account and will post with it... sometimes just need to insert Name / Url and then the post so it will also have ask for me for the name / url in case theres this option ... and sometimes you also need to enter with your login and then enter capacha to post... so if it happend i want to see it like a picture somewhere and insert at the tool the capacha so it will make the comment post. Basicly im looking for a tool that will post automaticly comments on the list of blogs im giving with the comment im giving the tool. Thanks!
