I need a pre-made or custom script that acts as a download portal for the psp. I want it similar to the Universal Locker that is made by apple. I want it to allow users to upload their files to download back on their psp. The template will have to be optimized for the PSP's screen, but viewable on standard browsers as well. Use google for exact PSP screen resolution. I don't have wifi, so you will either have to have a psp or do something similar. The template also should be able to load fast on all browsers. The script will also need an admin backend where I can add/edit/delete users. Also, edit the ammount of space they have and do other things. Some media formats can be streamed to the PSP, and for those formats, I want them to be able to stream the files they uploaded in my portal (if they are compatible) to their psp. This should basically include, photos, some movie formats (google for exact and get back to me), and maybe music formats (also google).
