We are looking to create a website for the annual green card lottery. Website will include a short signup form, once a user signs up he will get a confirmation email and will be able to login to the members section and fill out an application form similar to this: [login to view URL] User will be asked to upload his photo to be saved into the database. On the registration form if the user states that he is married and has 5 children for example he will be asked to enter all their information and upload all their pictures. System will have a photo validation script that will check the size of pictures and size in KB. All applications will be saved into the database, admin section will allow to view all thus information. User will be able to edit all his info and pictures at any time. Admin will be able to post a private massage to each user and advise him if anything else is required on his part. Website will include 5-7 HTML pages, home page with info we will provide, signup page, FAQ, etc... we will need nice design as well. Thank you for your bid.
