HSPC domain and DNS-registration plug in (based on email templates)

A plugin for HSP complete (of [url removed, login to view]) which is able to be fully integrated (including GUI) and supported in HSPC.
. two different domain templates have to be made - DNS-registration & domain registration
. for domains: REG, KK, CLOSE, UPDATE must be processed correctly and reponse-emails (of our registrar) must be interpreted by the plug-in correctly
. for DNS: REG, UPDATE, CLOSE, LIST, INFO should be possible (we use the DNS of our registrar)
. the complete DOMREG/DNSREG plug-in should be able to be modified easyly for future modifications (one unique DNSREG/DOMREG-template is already planned)
