I'm looking for someone to create an online application form for a mortgage company. This is in 2 parts - the first is an initial inquiry form, which needs to have email autoresponders etc.
This form needs to be printed as a pre-formatted report to be sent to a 3rd party company.
There then needs to be a management console which the user can log into at any time to see the status of their application and complete the full application form.
The second form is the full application form, which needs to pre-populate all the information from the initial inquiry. There are likely to be around 16 pages of a multipage form, which will need to have features such as:
Save and Finish Later
The form will then need to be transferred into a pdf format document which can be printed by the customer.
This data also needs to be available to our staff who can view and amend the application as required.
Email autoresponders need to be configurable.
