Script to add links to a site

Hi There,
I need a script to add to a box on the right hand side of a website. The reason is I currently buy links in that box I rent it off the webmaster and he adds the links for me. The trouble is when someone requests a link to be changed I have to email the webmaster and he changes it. Is there a script that can be made or you have one already that can be placed in the box with an admin panel that I can login to so that I can add the links. The script would need to be search engine friendly so they look like normal links and they are hard coated.
How easy would this be for the webmaster of the site to install the script. Would I be able to have multiple copies so it so I can used on other sites and I would need it brand free. I do have another webmaster that I buy links off and he has made a script and given me a admin panel to add the links and it works well. I need one like that.
Please can you provide a price for this and detailed information on how it would work.
