Website clone w/features

I need a clone of The same features with a twist. Lawyers will be able to login and add their services to the appropriate category and be able to upload a video in the directory they are listed under, the video should be compatible with all browsers. So instead of seeing a picture of them in the directory it would be a video. I would need full support of this project because I am not sure exactly how it would work. I would need to be able to add, edit any content in a really simple manner. I would need it set up so I can charge the lawyers monthly fees for being in the directory. It would need to be setup so I can have featured advertisers in the category sections.

Need to have full administration area so I can add, edit, delete advertisers, upgrade advertisers to featured so they are listed at the top of every page in the category they are listed in.

Please provide examples of work. Any tips advice you would suggest. I would need full support until I can properly get the site up and running and feel confident with it.

In order for the lawyers to get listed in the directory for free they would need to add a reciprocal link on their site to ours. The link should be easily verified with some sort of bot or program to automatically verify the link.

The listings would be free with reciprocal link. If no link their would be a monthly fee for listing in directory. Featured listings would be another featured to the paid directory listing.

And of course it would be a unique website clone..not looking exactly like this site.
