18395 Autoresponder fix

I have an autoresponder setup for my site and it works fine. However I have a mailto form setup on my website so that anyone that puts in their email address and subscribes to the form I get the email saying they subscribed. However the autoresponder does not return the email if someone subscribes from the website. I'm thinking the problem might be with the mailto code? I'm attaching the code. Let me know if you want to see where the form is at on the website.
