Here is what I am looking to do.
I have a linux server with sendmail running. I also have many differnt email address's pointing to one box.
I would like to pipe the email to a perl script (.forward) and the script would make checks for 2 conditions:
1. The emaill address the message was sent to.
2. key word/string search in the message.
Since this is for a personal box, the address/strings would be hardcoded as an array or whatever in the script.
If a 'bad' string or address is encountered the script will save the message off into a /badmail directory and me (the user) would never see it unless they checked that dir.
The format of the filename to save to should include the date and time. Maybe [url removed, login to view], or whatever. You are the coder! :)
Please email me with any questions.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
Liniux, sendmail. Perl.
