The google URL submitter needs to go over a certain column in a certain MySQL table that contains URLs and submit each URL to google ([url removed, login to view])
It needs to be written in perl as a cgi and run from a redhat server.
It will be accessed using a web browser, and request the neccessary parameters (MySQL user name, MySQL password, MySQL database, MySQL server address (Default localhost), MySQL table name and MySQL column name).
After finnished it will display a report of the number of successful submissions and number of unsuccessful submissions (There shouldn't be any unsuccessful submissions).
Each time the google URL submitter will be accessed it will likely have about 1,000-2,000 URLs to submit. It may be a good idea to write the URL submitter using threads to make it work faster. Google may have a problem with that though - I don't know.
Should google ever change their URL submission interface I don't expect this program to continue working.
