564416 Imagine upload and resizing in php

I am in need of a php function for an existing script that will do the following: - Upload one image at a time, either jpg, gif, or png - Check mime type and die if any other file type is attempted (note: checking file extension is _not_ adequate) - Rescale two copies of each image, one no larger than 640 pixels in height or width, the second no larger than 150 pixels height or width. These should be set as variables so we can easily change them if needed. - Check the file size of the incoming image. If it is greater than a 2 Mb file size, or the height/width is large enough to kill the process, the function should throw an error which is understandable by users. No blank screens! - Our app will pass a unique id to the function, named $adid. The function should create a directory named with the $adid value if it does not already exist. Each image should be saved to that directory using the following convention: $adid . '_' . $n . '.' . $file_extension ...where $n is an incremental number we will provide and $file_extension is the correct extension for the file type uploaded. - Finally, the function should generate a confirmation that shows both sizes of the uploaded image. Notes: This MUST be written in php with ImageMagick. Don't bother asking me if you can write this in perl, ruby, C, or fortran. You will not have access to our server for installation or testing, so you'll need to test it on your own server. No Ajax or javascript, please. This function must be absolutely bulletproof and compatible with everything from your grandfather's Compac 386 running Netscape 1 to Windows 9 running Chrome. SL escrow is required. If you don't like to use it please do not bid on this project. You'll see from my feedback that I am usually organized and always pay a bonus for good work. This is not a difficult project but it MUST be rock solid. I am looking for an experienced php programmer who knows exactly how to do this and can do it while they sleep.
