This project involves creating a step by step test application. There are multiple tests like this one that I would like to do if the work is good and the price is right. Ideally, I would like to have an application that I can build and edit these tests with...but will accept a hardcoded alternative. Each exam will test a candidate's practical skills. It will consist of multiple choice questions and data entry boxes. Each step ( a question or data entry box) will only appear after clicking a next button. The test finishes by displaying a form with the candidates grades on it. Each step carries a score of 1. There are several critical criteria that are directly associated with each step. If one of these is missed the test is failed. Also a minimum score would need to be achieved to pass. No information will be stored in the database after displaying results to the person taking the test. Complete description of logic and detail can be seen in the attached image. All BLUE text on the form are notes to programmer and not displayed within application. Forgive the horrible graphics...I am trying to demonstrate function not my design skills:) All graphics and photos will be provided
