Multi-User online invoice software

We're looking to get an online invoice system for our user group. An example of the software we want is at. login as admin/admin to preview the applications details.

We would just buy this software, but it doesn't have multi-user functions. We need this software model (look, feel, quality) with the following additions.
Salesperson module; Separate login. Has separate client database, has separate invoices, separate totals. When a salesperson is logged in , they can't see any other salespersons records. It has to be private.
Master Admin; Adds salespersons, passwords, user rights.
Printing;
1) Salespeople need to be able to print an invoice at the local station they are logged in with. They may be at a clients location and access their invoice system to print an invoice.
2) Labels, need to be able to print mailing labels= AVERY standard 5160
The end result should be equal to ONE master invoice system that allows many users to have separate accounts to use the system independantly of the others.
Please have examples of software work done. Please review example completely given prior to bidding, as what we need is all in the example plus what we have outlined above.
