Additional, if there's a way for the perl to also read what's currently in the txt file (so it can be erased or kept) AND there's an easy way for them to put in links in the text they type in as well (like with marker, asterisks around words, or something that the perl would pick up and convert) that would be great but it is not required. It does, however, make the whole thing worth $120 instead of $50.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
This will be running on a perl interpreter in Unix.
