When a purchase is made from me via Paypal I would like it verified by a script and as long as it meets the criteria a link, password and logon to be posted to the buyer to download their purchase. The buyer then logs on and the file is downloaded. When this is happening Id like the files to be accessed in a semi secure/hidden way, like a temp file being created for the download from a folder with indexing switched off or from the cgi-bin, there should also be a definable maximum amount of times the download is to be accessed per purchase.
The script should accept payments from verified and unverified users and post out an e-mail to the buyer and admin e-mail as well as log it on site.
When the script recieves an e-check it should wait until the e-check has cleared before sending the details out.
Invalid/Incorrect responses i.e. payments that have had amounts, currency, item number or anything else changed should be logged and response emails sent out.
Spoofed e-mails should be logged and response emails sent out.
It should have a 'catalogue' page that can be generated from the product list.
Minimal amount of config files, preferabley only one.
there are more variables that can be checked, full details on IPN can be found here-

the scipt should check all the relevant details are correct before sending the log on info.
I would like on similar to the one on [url removed, login to view]
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. In this case the files ready for upload after relevant details are entered into the config file.
3) Dont care if its a reworked version of what you have as long as I can use/distribute it freely.
