This is a PHP/MySQL/AJAX website project that will consist of 6-10 webpages, each with user-interaction forms and dynamic content. The site will allow the user to build a customized vocabulary list based on a pre-existing list of words. A backend process would loop through each word, querying google news for articles and putting them in a database. These articles would be checked to see how many other words are in them using a perl script I’ve already developed. Results would go into a database and be used to display articles that contains a user’s customized vocab word list. The programmer for this should have a very thorough knowledge of PHP and Mysql, have set up lots of these kinds of sites before and should also be well-versed in AJAX and Perl. You should also have good design skills and be able to create a basic theme/logo for the site based on the content. I have very detailed requirements for the functionality of the site. I’ve developed PHP/mysql before so I know that my requests are modest if you know what you’re doing. Also, please have some knowledge of GoogleAds and how that works since I want that to be on the site as well.
