PHP Template Engine Needed

Thanks for taking a look at our bid request. We are looking for a coder to do the following tasks for us below. We currently run an affiliate network in which we provide users websites, however when we initially setup our system, we needed the quickest possible solution so we just created a template system which just replaces images. Well this was OK for the time being, but now we need something more powerful so that users can differentiate their site or hire someone to design a site for them as Google thinks we are just running some kind of link farm. Here is what we need you to do: 1. We need you to first understand what we do and how our current system and template system works. 2. Once you have an understanding of our system and how it works, we need you to create a plan on how to implement the new template engine/system. This must be approved by us first as we need to ensure that it makes sense and that our users that are designers can use it. We understand novices may not grasp the concept, but we want to make sure what we implement is ok. We are really looking for somthing like where we have a directory called templates and then if you have a new template you just upload it to templates/newtemplatehere 3. We need to create a duplicate of our entire current system for testing. Whether this be a new domain that we own, directory, etc. We cannot work on a live site as it would not be good if our site went down or had errors. 4. You need to create 5 design tempates showing the power of the new template system and that it does work so we can use these as example sites when users want to know how to change their site. 5. Once you have it working on the test site, you must come up with a small plan and roll it out to our current affiliates. You must test to ensure that they can select the template they want to use and that it changes their site. Contact us via the comments for more information, ask a lot of questions!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
