2.I deleted the support queue, and now all ticket creations fail. I recreated the queue, but no luck. Apparently, rt-mailgate command in /etc/aliases needs checking.
3. Some kind of (Cron job?) backup that will put the data from the VPS land server to a Hostmonster FTP location.
