Hello, I am currently looking for a robotic arm simulator (can be written in ANY language, as long as it uses DirectX or OpenGL or maybe another API - maybe your own?). What we are currently after is this: * we need a 3D arm moving in a window (see here: [url removed, login to view] and look for Robotic Arm Simulator, to see what I'm looking for) * we must be able to move the robotic arm (it is better if it is textured, not just plain color, but that would do as well) * we must a see a short demo of what you can do before bidding, so please show us a sample of your work (that is somehow related to this subject) * we have some obstacles in the 3D area, and we want the arm to move between (or over) these obstacles from one given point to another, in MINIMUM TIME. The obstacles can be any 3D objects, such as sphere, cube, etc. (at least 3 types of objects must be implemented in your program). So, basically, the program must do 2 things: must let us move the robotic arm and must find the required path to get from one point to another (avoiding obstacles) in minimum time. Let me know if you have any questions. NOTE: Please make the arm look similar to the arm of a robot, we are trying to simulate the movement of the robot and we need it to be realistic.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
