We have a running job site and we want to have something totally new. We need someone who make some research and can show us 3 systems with similar functionality (does not really need to be a job site, because similar sites with a different perspective could give me some idea of functions needed and what's state of the art)
The idea is:
Someone who offers one or multiple jobs can create an account for free.
After sign up he can enter jobs manually or configure the URL of his job files (xml format that we define - it contains all jobs he offers).
These jobs are published on our job site and they can be searched.
Job searchers can sign up for free. They can search for jobs and there are RSS feeds they can use and/or configure their own.
The point is, we want to offer RSS job feeds for jobs and later maybe offer some paid premium functions.
What I want you to do is, to show me 3 good sites with a similar functionality so that I can better define the functionality that I want to have in first step.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
