Simple CGI script

I need a simple CGI script that works like this: When called it will display on the webpage a standard textbox. The user will be asked to enter a domain (no http:// no www.) like this [login to view URL] for example. When the user clicks 'Go' the script will either return 'Invalid Domain' or a number (lets call this P) as a percentage e.g. 65.2% or 54.4% etc. P is calculated from two numbers X and Y such that P=(X*100)/Y X is the number following the words 'of about' taken from the Yahoo results page after entering a search at [login to view URL] The search text should be obtained from a modifiable one line string (embedded in the code but editable). The string will represent a complex query that could be any combination of search terms like this for example: linkdomain:[login to view URL] -link:[login to view URL] site:[login to view URL] -link:[login to view URL] (As I see it the script will simply replace every instance of [login to view URL] with the actual domain entered in the text box, query Yahoo and then extract the number). Y is determined in the same way but from a second and different editable one line string embedded in the code. That's it!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
