This one's got me stumped: Using PHP's preg_match function, check $foo to make sure it does not contain any non-word characters, except spaces, which are allowed. Only numbers, letters, and the space character are allowed. Eg., allow: $foo = "123 89 x 54" disallow: $foo = "123 89-x 54" I don't think this is going to be dark magic, it must be a fairly common thing -- I just can't get it. I think the $10 max bid is appropriate.
